Hailing from Jyväskylä and currently based in Helsinki, AB gained wider attention with the song Barcan paita, released in the fall of 2025. The track became a viral social media phenomenon and quickly found its way onto radio playlists, including YleX.

AB’s music draws on house and garage influences, paired with understated, humorous lyrics. The songs are built around everyday observations and awkward yet memorable moments. Optimism and sincerity run through each track, and AB describes his work as “optimism music.”

Currently preparing his debut album, AB is also known for his engaging and highly danceable live shows.
