ROBIN (Robin Sene), a rap artist from Siilinjärvi, released his debut album in March 2025. The album Maailman reunalla (“At the Edge of the World”) was preceded by five singles, including Ikuinen elokuu (ft. Sexmane), which made it onto YleX’s playlist and has already gone gold.

Creating energetic and empowering music, ROBIN released his first single, Sanottavaa, in late spring 2023, and his career has been on a steady upward trajectory since.

“I started making music about two years ago when I released my first single, Sanottavaa. This year I’m releasing my debut album Maailman reunalla. The album was made from start to finish together with my good friend and producer Steezy Joe. Over these couple of years, my perspective on music has become much clearer. At first, I just got excited about writing music following my little brother ADI on YouTube beats. The more I made, the more I wanted to make. So I started writing music at our grandma’s house whenever I could get the place to myself, sometimes with grandma in another room wearing headphones. I discovered something completely new that I truly loved, and I still love making music every day. Nowadays my days mostly revolve around music—I’m either in the studio or at grandma’s writing music. The album really began to take shape at the start of 2024. I noticed my lyrics were improving, the songs getting better with each attempt, and my passion only grew. The album came together very naturally because I had so much to say. By the end of the year, I realized I finally had a complete work I was satisfied with.” – ROBIN

With his intense live energy, ROBIN has performed not only his own shows but also on the stages of Ruisrock and Blockfest alongside his brother Sexmane, as well as at the Helsinki Festival as part of the brothers’ joint Ihmeperhe show.
